Cartier Monaco seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional luxury experiences in watches, jewelry, and fine accessories at our prestigious boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute sophisticated sales transactions with command of cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value
  • Build and maintain a personalized client portfolio through active clienteling and relationship management, leveraging digital CRM tools
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise across all core collections, including proper handling techniques, maintenance guidance, and technical knowledge of watch mechanisms and diamond grading standards
  • Articulate the heritage, craftsmanship, values, and storytelling of the Cartier Maison with authenticity and precision
  • Manage all customer service processes and after-sales support across product categories with mastery of service protocols
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory procedures including AML protocols, point-of-sale systems, security procedures, and digital platform proficiency (Become, Wise, MyCatalog)
  • Develop and demonstrate market awareness and cultural knowledge relevant to Monaco's luxury clientele

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry, watches, or fine accessories
  • Mastery of sales techniques including client relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling methodologies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury product categories including jewelry care, watch mechanics, and diamond characteristics
  • Fluency in at least French and English; additional languages highly valued
  • Professional ethics including strict confidentiality, punctuality, and discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to embody house values and project elegance and sophistication
