Richemont Sales Associate in Milan: Join a luxury Maison as a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional experiences in jewelry, watches, and accessories. €32K–€40K annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences before, during, and after each sale transaction
- Master all stages of the sales process including welcome, discovery, consultation, objection handling, closing, and post-sale development
- Proactively develop and cultivate a client portfolio through targeted relationship-building and CRM execution
- Transmit the passion, heritage, and brand values of the Maison to all client interactions
- Execute targeted client events, maintain client loyalty, and serve as a Maison Ambassador
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative
- Participate in boutique operations including inventory management, visual merchandising implementation, and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with all brand and boutique policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality sector
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer-centric approach
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative work ethic

Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality sector is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful client engagement and sales achievement.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 32,000 to EUR 40,000 per annum.
