Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Mexico City to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales at the Artz location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and advise clients on styling, provenance and technical specifications.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, manage transactions and ensure proper cash and card handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand guidelines.
- Manage stock reception, replenishment and basic inventory controls while adhering to security and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coordinate after‑sales service and liaise with store management and back‑office teams on client follow-ups and repairs.
- Contribute to store events, trunk shows and private client appointments as required, including flexible hours.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude, preferably with experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client‑centric orientation.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and maintain meticulous transactional accuracy.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; legally authorised to work in Mexico.
- Professional appearance and strong presentation standards aligned with a high‑end boutique environment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury goods (watches, jewellery or premium fashion). A demonstrated track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering personalised client service is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or sales is advantageous.
