Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Provide consultative sales guidance, adapt approach to client needs, negotiate objections, and deliver recommendations that enhance the client experience
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives, consistently capturing and utilizing client data for follow-up and relationship building
- Deliver comprehensive after-sales support in accordance with Maison values, including product care, servicing coordination, and client issue resolution
- Participate in daily boutique operations including setup, breakdown, merchandising, display maintenance, and cycle counts in preparation for audits
- Comply with all Group, Maison, and boutique security and operational policies while maintaining professional demeanor and Brand image
- Support in-store and offsite events, networking initiatives, and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of verified experience in luxury retail sales
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale systems; SAP experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong understanding of customer service priorities
- Knowledge of luxury watches, timepiece movements, and jewelry categories preferred
- Ability to work retail hours including Saturday and Sunday consistently, plus one additional weekday
- Willingness to travel for training, client events, and conferences
Skills
Experience
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday, and should maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
Education
College degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 29 per hour.
