Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets whilst delivering exceptional and personalized customer service
- Provide consultative guidance to clients by adapting approach according to client needs, negotiating objections with ease, and maintaining current industry knowledge
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives, capturing client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building
- Resolve client issues and concerns appropriately, escalating to management as required
- Participate in in-store and offsite events, networking opportunities, and partner with management to develop client support plans
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures; assist with daily setup, breakdown, and maintenance of the boutique
- Participate in merchandising displays, inventory management, cycle counts, and other special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- College degree preferred
- Consistent availability to work Saturdays and Sundays in addition to one weekday
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
Experience
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday. Knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred. Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings, client events, and conferences is essential.
Education
College degree preferred.
