Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Marne-la-Vallée, France — boutique sales role delivering luxury client service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to affluent clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Maintain rigorous product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and advise clients on craftsmanship, provenance and technical features.
- Operate point-of-sale and CRM systems accurately; process transactions, returns and after-sales requests in line with brand procedures.
- Implement and sustain visual merchandising standards; assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts and housekeeping to luxury retail standards.
- Support appointment management, client follow‑ups and event activations to enhance retention and acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales ability with a focus on service and relationship building.
- Demonstrable aptitude for learning detailed product knowledge specific to luxury goods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a client-first demeanour appropriate for high-value transactions.
- Comfortable with transactional duties, basic cash handling and use of retail technology.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in boutique or luxury retail sales preferred; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or premium accessories advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, luxury hospitality or visual merchandising preferred.
