Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with the maison’s luxury service standards and clienteling procedures.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product ranges.
- Develop and maintain a curated client book; proactively prospect, follow up and execute after-sales service to cultivate loyalty.
- Maintain exhaustive product knowledge and act as brand ambassador during client interactions and private appointments.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and manage returns, repairs and exchanges according to policy.
- Support daily boutique operations including stock management, inventory reconciliation, receiving shipments and merchandising to visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, loss-prevention procedures and the maison’s presentation and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail or premium client-facing sales, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation, discretion and sensitivity to affluent clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings to support boutique trading patterns.

Preferably at least 2 years of boutique-level experience in luxury retail (watches, jewellery or premium accessories) with demonstrable sales performance and client book management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or a related field preferred.
