Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Macau — boutique sales role delivering luxury client service for Richemont maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised service to high-net-worth and international clients to drive sales and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation, cross-selling and upselling.
- Execute clienteling activities: maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, manage appointments and coordinate private viewings.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, housekeeping and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Operate POS and complete sales transactions, returns and after-sales processes with meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Support inventory control: receive, tag and reconcile stock; participate in stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with team and store management on promotions, events and local marketing initiatives.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling client information and high-value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales; experience with watches or jewellery is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to build rapport with an international clientele.
- Numerical accuracy and comfort handling cash, payments and POS systems.
- Legal authorization to work in Macau or ability to obtain required work permits.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience in a luxury boutique environment; direct experience with watches or jewellery highly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or business is advantageous.
