Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and discerning clients across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, after-sales follow-up and bespoke service offerings.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and value-led upselling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards, maintain boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is replenished and stored according to brand protocols.
- Collaborate with the team on stock management, inventory counts and receiving shipments while ensuring strict adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium customer-facing sales, preferably within watches, jewelry, leather goods or high-end accessories.
