Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in London to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for its maison portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-style client service that reflects the heritage and standards of a luxury maison.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalised after-sales service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across collections and communicate provenance, craftsmanship and technical features to clients.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in CRM and inventory systems.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain showroom presentation to brand guidelines.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand security protocols at all times.
- Contribute to stock intake, inventory counts and housekeeping to preserve boutique standards.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another service environment; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Impeccable personal presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate to luxury retail.
- Numerate with experience handling transactions and basic reconciliation tasks.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the UK.

Typically 1–3 years of client-facing or retail experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (A-levels or equivalent); vocational qualifications in retail or luxury brand management are advantageous but not mandatory.
