Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and retail clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling of maison products.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, technical features and provenance to clients.
- Execute boutique standards for visual presentation, merchandising and stock display in line with maison guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures, process transactions accurately and support inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Support client events, private appointments and after-sales service processes, including follow-up and client record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with luxury retail protocols, loss-prevention and regulatory requirements applicable within Harrods.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-standard client service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Professional presentation and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with jewellery, watches, leather goods or luxury accessories is preferred.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of customer-facing sales experience in luxury, premium or high-end retail environments; direct experience with watches, jewellery or designer accessories is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, sales or luxury brand management is desirable but not mandatory.
