Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients within a prestigious Harrods retail environment.
- Create and maintain client relationships through consultative selling and proactive clienteling using CRM and POS systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while executing strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Richemont maisons represented, including technical specifications, provenance and after-sales services.
- Ensure impeccable presentation standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing integrity and inventory control.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, authentication and after-sales procedures; coordinate with boutique and after-sales teams for client follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust quickly and deliver discreet, high-touch service.
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of meeting KPI-driven sales targets in a luxury retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; confident engaging with international clientele.
- High professional standards, impeccable grooming and the ability to operate within a hierarchical boutique environment.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or boutique sales is preferred; 1–3 years of direct client-facing sales experience within premium or haute-luxe environments is desirable.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in retail, luxury goods, hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
