Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients on Bond Street, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, product presentation and consultative selling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and communicate product provenance, materials and technical features with authority.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process including appointments, POS transactions, stock reconciliation, packing and after‑sales support.
  • Uphold visual merchandising, boutique standards and loss‑prevention procedures to reflect the maison’s brand identity.
  • Contribute to CRM upkeep by recording client interactions, preferences and follow‑up actions to support targeted outreach and appointments.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and management on daily operations, stock deliveries and special events or client evenings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium customer‑facing sales (typically 1–3 years preferred).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering tailored client service.
