Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional, personalized service to clientele
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal, high-value clients through relationship-building and attentive care
- Manage CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events
- Assist in morning display setup and evening breakdown while maintaining the aesthetic quality and standards of the boutique
- Support high jewelry sales alongside daily business operations
- Travel as required to support business operations and client engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- 7 years of professional experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-lasting client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and in writing
- Natural curiosity for people and an inherent commitment to exceptional service delivery
- Proficiency with CRM tools and clienteling systems
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States

Experience
7 years of professional experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or high-end customer-facing roles. Experience developing and managing high-value client bases and working within a fast-paced luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification required.
