Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associate, Las Vegas - Drive luxury jewelry sales and build client relationships in iconic boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional service to clients in a luxury environment
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through personalized engagement and relationship management
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication on new collections and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Attend social functions and community events to generate new business and invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique experiences
- Manage daily display setup and evening breakdown while maintaining the aesthetic quality and presentation standards of the boutique
- Support the Boutique Director in balancing High Jewelry and daily business sales operations
- Travel as required for client engagement and business development activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- Seven years of experience in luxury retail or high jewelry sales
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and customer data management
- Natural aptitude for client service and consultative selling
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment

Seven years of experience in luxury retail, high jewelry sales, or related client-facing roles within the luxury goods sector.
