Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional, personalized service to clientele
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up
- Execute clienteling initiatives including client data capture, accuracy verification, and CRM reporting
- Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite prospects to in-boutique events
- Oversee display setup each morning and breakdown each evening, maintaining pristine boutique aesthetics
- Travel as required to support business objectives and client events
Qualifications
- 7 years of luxury retail or jewelry sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
