Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management while developing a proactive client portfolio
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service throughout all touchpoints, including pre-sales, sales, and after-sales interactions
- Capture and accurately record client data in CRM systems to facilitate relationship building and follow-up engagement
- Participate in boutique operations including daily setup and breakdown, merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory management
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service delivery and participation in Maison-specific events and networking initiatives
- Remain current on industry trends, competitor intelligence, and product knowledge
- Resolve client concerns appropriately and escalate complex issues to management as needed
- Support in-store and offsite events while maintaining brand ambassadorship and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
- Proficiency with computer and internet platforms
- MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred
