Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Richemont luxury boutique in King of Prussia, PA. $26–$28/hr with retail and commission eligibility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging all customers with exceptional product knowledge and professional standards
  • Manage client relationships through after-sales support, handling inquiries and providing recommendations aligned with Maison values
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, partnering with management on client development plans
  • Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools
  • Assist with daily boutique operations including set-up, breakdown, display merchandising, and maintenance of back-stock
  • Participate in daily and annual inventories, cycle counts, and audit preparation
  • Resolve client concerns appropriately and escalate to management as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all security and operational policies for the Group and boutique
  • Support in-store and offsite events, networking initiatives, and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
  • Ability to work Saturday and Sunday consistently, plus one weekday
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and availability for training and client events
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with understanding of internal and external customer priorities

Skills

MS Office SAP (preferred) Fast-paced retail environment capability Computer and internet proficiency Attention to detail with ability to multitask with precision General knowledge of timepiece movements (preferred) Additional language skills (preferred)

Experience

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail required. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments and maintain professional standards befitting a luxury brand ambassador.

Education

College degree preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 28 per hour.
