Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver white‑glove client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across watchmaking, jewelry and leather categories; communicate product provenance and craftsmanship.
- Manage daily boutique operations: visual merchandising, floor standards, stock replenishment and loss prevention procedures.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support after‑sales service and client enquiries, coordinating repairs, returns and bespoke requests where applicable.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales with discerning clientele.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and stock control.
