Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Kaohsiung: luxury retail role delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and communicate features, provenance and care recommendations clearly to clients.
- Execute boutique standards including visual merchandising, presentation, store housekeeping and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures, process transactions accurately and support inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and management to coordinate client events, private appointments and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury or premium retail sales, with a demonstrated client-service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Comfort with handling high-value products and adherence to security, loss-prevention and brand compliance protocols.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Legal right to work in Taiwan.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury, watches, jewelry or premium accessories preferred.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, hospitality, fashion or business is advantageous.
