Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and communicate features, provenance and care recommendations clearly to clients.
  • Execute boutique standards including visual merchandising, presentation, store housekeeping and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
  • Operate point-of-sale procedures, process transactions accurately and support inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and management to coordinate client events, private appointments and after-sales service.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury or premium retail sales, with a demonstrated client-service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Comfort with handling high-value products and adherence to security, loss-prevention and brand compliance protocols.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Legal right to work in Taiwan.

Experience
