Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to clients, understanding their preferences and requirements
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across assigned categories
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and shop floor organization
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining service excellence
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
