Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Istanbul to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑calibre client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and tailored product presentations.
  • Maintain exemplary boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock control, replenishment and boutique presentation.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, after-sales enquiries and client follow-up with professionalism and discretion.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across categories; communicate provenance, technical details and care recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and local CRM initiatives to grow the client book.
  • Adhere to brand rules, loss-prevention procedures and compliance requirements in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education; tertiary qualifications in retail, hospitality or business desirable.
  • Eligible to work in Turkey.
  • Proven customer‑facing retail experience, preferably 1–2 years in a premium or luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and a client‑centric mentality.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to meet boutique hours.

Experience
