Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Istanbul (Istinye Park). Join the boutique team to deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to high-net-worth and aspirational customers, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective product storytelling.
  • Maintain in-store visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with Maison guidelines, ensuring displays reflect seasonal campaigns and brand aesthetics.
  • Manage transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handle cash and payment processing, and reconcile receipts at shift end.
  • Oversee stock movements, including receiving, replenishment and inventory counts, and report discrepancies according to internal procedures.
  • Provide product expertise across collections, advising clients on craftsmanship, materials and after-sales services such as repairs or servicing.
  • Coordinate with boutique management and cross-functional teams to support events, private appointments and trunk shows.
  • Adhere to brand loss-prevention, data-protection and compliance policies, safeguarding client confidentiality and store assets.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods or premium fashion accessories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage discerning clientele.
  • High standards of personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable numeracy and accuracy for handling transactions and basic stock control.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods typical of boutique retail.
