Richemont Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Houston, TX — luxury retail role with $26–$28/hr, commission, and weekend availability.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management, with commission and overtime eligibility
  • Deliver outstanding and exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every client, maintaining solid product knowledge, and ensuring a unique experience before, during, and after purchase
  • Provide after-sales support and recommendations in accordance with Maison values when dedicated after-sales staff are unavailable
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives, accurately capturing client data for follow-up and relationship building
  • Assist in the development and execution of in-store and offsite events and networking activities in partnership with management
  • Maintain security and operational compliance with all Group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures
  • Support daily boutique operations including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory management
  • Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for successful audits
  • Remain current on industry news and competitor intelligence
  • Support special projects as needed, including price changes and back-office responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Ability to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday
  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements (preferred)
  • Additional language skills (preferred)
  • Genuine commitment to representing the Maison as an Ambassador for the Brand

Experience

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships in a high-end environment. Availability to work retail hours including weekends and willingness to travel for training, client events, and conferences required.

Education

College degree preferred.
