Sales Associate position at Cartier Houston. Richemont seeks luxury retail professional for boutique sales and client development role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide exceptional and personalized customer service at every interaction, greeting and acknowledging all clients
- Adapt sales approach according to client needs, motivations, and preferences
- Negotiate objections with professionalism and facilitate successful transactions
- Assist after-sales clients with product care, maintenance, and warranty support
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through proactive outreach and Maison-specific CRM initiatives
- Accurately capture and maintain client data for relationship building and follow-up activities
- Partner with management to develop client engagement plans and support in-store and offsite events
- Maintain current knowledge of industry news, trends, and competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with all security, operational, and Group policies and procedures
- Assist with daily boutique setup, breakdown, and maintenance of displays
- Actively participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and audit preparation
- Support special projects including price changes and back-office administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments
- General knowledge of timepiece movements and mechanical watch functionality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and genuine brand ambassador presence
- Self-starter with collaborative team-player approach
Skills
Experience
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment, with demonstrated success in client-facing sales roles and understanding of luxury market dynamics.
Education
College degree preferred.
