Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise to discerning clientele
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized engagement
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across assigned categories
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and store appearance
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer service experience in a luxury environment preferred
- Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales acumen with ability to identify client needs

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end retail environments.
