Richemont Sales Associate role in Hong Kong SAR. Deliver luxury client experiences in retail environment with brand expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to clients across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through personalized engagement and follow-up
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store displays are clean, organized, and brand-compliant
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation activities
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or customer-facing hospitality roles
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex product features and luxury brand values
- Strong numerical acumen and attention to detail in transaction processing
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion boutiques, or premium customer service environments. Experience with high-value clientele and multi-lingual guest interaction is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (Form 5/HKDSE Level 3 or equivalent); tertiary qualifications in retail management, hospitality, or business are desirable.
