Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling guidance to clients across luxury product categories
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through attentive consultation and product expertise
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining sophisticated service standards
- Maintain visual presentation and organization of merchandise across the selling floor
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to store-wide performance objectives
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese
