Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for its maison network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, ensuring an exemplary luxury purchasing experience
- Proactively drive sales and achieve individual and boutique targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via proactive clienteling, follow-ups and after-sales care
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and communicate provenance, materials and craftsmanship convincingly
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage receipts and assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
- Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation to reflect maison brand aesthetics and seasonal guidelines
- Ensure strict compliance with security, loss-prevention and brand operational procedures
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for luxury goods and strong customer service orientation
- Professional grooming and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for high-end retail environments
- Ability to establish trust and rapport quickly with discerning clients; discretion and integrity essential
- Local market language skills (e.g., Cantonese) and fluent English are highly advantageous; additional Mandarin is a plus
- Availability to work a retail shift pattern including weekends and public holidays

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or luxury sales experience; prior work within a premium or luxury boutique preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in retail, hospitality or fashion is desirable but not required.
