Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for its maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients, building long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining impeccable attention to conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and communicate product provenance, materials and technical features with authority.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handle transactions and after‑sales processes, and maintain client records in the CRM.
- Uphold brand standards in visual presentation, merchandising and store housekeeping; participate in stock routines and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on client events, private viewings and appointments; escalate client feedback and service issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with company loss‑prevention, handling and authentication procedures for high‑value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational retail training or hospitality background advantageous.
- Proven customer‑facing experience, ideally 1–2 years in luxury retail, watches or fine jewellery.
- Polished interpersonal skills with a consultative selling style and aptitude for building long‑term client relationships.
- Professional presentation, discretion and the ability to perform in a high‑pressure, results‑driven boutique environment.
- Fluency in English is expected; Cantonese and/or Mandarin are advantageous for the Hong Kong market.
