Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Hong Kong — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for a leading maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to high‑net‑worth and discerning clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant categories (watches, jewellery and/or accessories) and communicate craftsmanship, provenance and technical detail with authority.
  • Execute clienteling activities: maintain client records, schedule appointments, follow up after sales and support private‑client events.
  • Support daily store operations including merchandising standards, stock reception and visual presentation to Richemont maison guidelines.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and perform routine cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Adhere to brand compliance, loss‑prevention procedures and the highest standards of boutique etiquette and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with boutique team and boutique management to share market feedback, pipeline opportunities and local competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories; typically 1–3 years in a client‑facing role.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills suited to a high‑luxury environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Right to work in Hong Kong SAR.

Experience
