Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Hong Kong — boutique sales role delivering luxury client service and driving boutique performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects the maison's standards and builds long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through active clienteling, prospecting and cross-selling.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across collections and convey provenance, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and client data.
- Support boutique visual and merchandising standards, stock replenishment and inventory control to uphold brand presentation.
- Coordinate and participate in client events, private viewings and after-sales service to enhance client retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing sales roles; prior maison or jewellery/watch experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and closing high-value transactions.
- Numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Professional grooming and polished communication appropriate to a luxury boutique environment.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing sales experience in luxury retail, premium jewellery or watch boutiques, or equivalent hospitality roles. Demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs and manage high-net-worth client interactions is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in retail, hospitality, or a related discipline is advantageous.
