Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong — client-focused luxury retail role delivering exceptional service and driving boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with luxury brand standards and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting foot traffic, qualifying client needs and closing transactions with a consultative approach.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across categories and communicate features, provenance and after‑sales options to clients.
- Operate POS systems, process payments and ensure accurate transaction and stock records.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and keep the boutique presentation, stockroom and display areas immaculate.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and periodic counts.
- Coordinate with boutique management and cross‑functional teams for client events, private appointments and bespoke service requests.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and a client‑centric demeanour appropriate for the luxury environment.
- Right to work in Hong Kong.
- Fluency in English; additional languages an asset (not required unless stated by the hiring team).
- Familiarity with luxury product provenance, materials and craftsmanship preferred.
Skills
Experience
Previous client‑facing sales experience, ideally 1+ year in luxury retail, premium brands or high‑end hospitality; demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives is preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in retail, fashion, business or hospitality are advantageous.
