Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in Geneva, Switzerland. Luxury jewelry retail role offering client engagement, maison ambassadorship, and professional development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary maison ambassador to boutique clients, both international and local, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience
- Build and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients through attentive listening and responsive service
- Actively identify, engage, and develop new clientele whilst maintaining loyalty among existing customers
- Convey the refinement, elegance, heritage and creative vision that define the maison's jewelry creations
- Demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen and contribute to boutique sales objectives
- Uphold the maison's image and values through professional conduct and brand alignment both within the boutique environment and client interactions
- Participate in onboarding and continuous training programs focused on maison history, artisanal know-how, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English; Russian language skills are desirable
- Preliminary experience in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles within the luxury sector
- Demonstrated passion for fine jewelry, artisanal craftsmanship, and the luxury goods industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for active listening
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
