Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product categories.
  • Manage day-to-day boutique operations including merchandising, stock management, receiving and replenishment, and adherence to visual standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and maintain precise sales and client records.
  • Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to ensure seamless handling of repairs, returns and bespoke client requests.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, loss-prevention procedures, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven commercial sensibility with a strong service orientation and a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Demonstrable ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and to manage confidential client information sensitively.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience with sales transactions, inventory control and basic merchandising principles.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; ability to travel locally as required.
  • Language and cultural fluency appropriate to the market (e.g., professional Japanese customer communication) is strongly preferred.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
