Sales Associate position at Richemont boutique in Frankfurt, Germany. Full-time, 1-year contract. Luxury jewelry and watchmaking sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver qualified consultation and personalized service to the exclusive client base
- Actively acquire new clients and cultivate existing customer relationships
- Manage boutique traffic and greet clients with excellence
- Coordinate bespoke high jewellery and fine watchmaking client requests and custom creations
- Execute New Retail strategies including e-commerce, distant sales, virtual sales ceremonies, and entertainment initiatives
- Provide dedicated VIP client management and nurture local business relationships
- Perform administrative duties including client database maintenance and inventory preparation
- Engage in networking through local events attendance, digital sales events, and community relationship building
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or equivalent professional background in customer-facing or service-oriented roles
- Initial sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Advanced proficiency in German and English; additional languages highly valued
- Competency with digital retail tools including customer apps (MyClients), click-and-collect systems, and e-commerce platforms
