Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-end client service in a boutique environment to develop long-term client relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Proactively drive sales performance and meet individual and boutique targets through bespoke clienteling and consultative selling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant categories (jewellery, watches, leather goods, accessories) to provide expert advice and shape purchase decisions.
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups and CRM records to ensure seamless after-sales service and repeat business.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle transactions and oversee cash procedures in accordance with internal controls.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, inventory control, transfers and loss-prevention measures.
- Collaborate with boutique and regional teams on events, private client evenings and product launches to elevate the brand experience.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent presentation, grooming and professional demeanour consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or a boutique environment; evidenced ability to meet sales targets and cultivate a loyal client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or hospitality/commerce education preferred.
