Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve boutique sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards
  • Greet, acknowledge, and assist all clients with personalized service tailored to individual needs and motivations
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing outstanding post-sales support and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper cash register records and compliance
  • Monitor, replenish, and provide feedback on merchandise stock levels and floor inventory
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines, floor displays, and store housekeeping including product and display maintenance
  • Participate in inventory processes including stock counting and price changes as required
  • Implement discounts and promotional activities under boutique management supervision
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge information and master brand-specific sales techniques
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, security procedures, and operational guidelines

Qualifications
