Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling activities and strategic follow-up
  • Contribute actively to boutique sales performance and achievement of individual action plans
  • Communicate the heritage, craftsmanship, and creative vision of Van Cleef & Arpels with authenticity and passion
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including jewelry repairs, pick-ups, and personalized concierge services
  • Collaborate with boutique team members to ensure a seamless and memorable in-store experience
