Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently elevated client experience through personalised service, informed product advice and attentive clienteling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively sourcing opportunities, managing objections and closing high-value transactions.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual presentation, merchandising, stock replenishment and adherence to brand operating procedures.
- Develop and sustain client relationships via CRM tools, follow-up communications and after‑sales care.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage receipts and assist with inventory control and stocktakes.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to support store initiatives, events and promotional activities while ensuring compliance with loss-prevention and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years within premium or luxury retail environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high‑net‑worth client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage confidential client relationships.
- Professional presentation and a customer‑centric demeanour appropriate to a luxury boutique.
Experience
Typically requires 1–3 years of direct retail sales experience in a premium or luxury environment; experience handling high-value products and working with CRM/clienteling systems is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; formal training in luxury retail sales or hospitality is a plus.
