Richemont seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate (UAE Nationals) in Dubai to deliver luxury client service and support boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to clients in a luxury boutique environment and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and contribute to sales targets through expert product presentation, cross‑selling and follow‑up.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across the maison assortment and communicate provenance, materials and technical features with authority.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate cash and paperwork handling.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and in‑store visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to clienteling activities and CRM updates to grow and retain the customer base.
- Adhere to company loss‑prevention, compliance and brand presentation policies; participate in mandatory training and store meetings.
Qualifications
- UAE national status required (position designated for UAE Nationals).
- Proven retail experience; previous luxury or boutique sales experience preferred.
- Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a client‑centric attitude.
- Availability for part‑time shifts including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Eligible to work in the UAE and able to comply with local employment regulations.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium brand boutiques; demonstrable success building repeat client relationships and meeting sales objectives.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.
