Richemont seeks a Sales Associate for a 6-month temporary role at Lotte Dongtan, South Korea.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales support and product expertise to discerning clients
- Maintain impeccable presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor and visual displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multilingual environment
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly within a team and independently as needed
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred; demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; completion of relevant retail or customer service training is advantageous.
