Richemont Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Dallas—luxury retail position with $26–$28/hr, commission, and benefits. Weekends required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client, including pre- and post-sales support, with emphasis on product knowledge and client experience
- Develop and cultivate new and existing client relationships through proactive engagement and Maison-specific CRM initiatives
- Accurately capture and maintain client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools
- Appropriately resolve client concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
- Assist with daily boutique operations including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and display maintenance
- Actively participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and audit preparation
- Assist with special projects including price changes and back-office responsibilities
- Support in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives in partnership with management
- Maintain compliance with all security and operational policies for the Group and Maison
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of prior experience in luxury retail
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday consistently, plus one weekday
- College degree preferred
- MS Office proficiency required; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
- Additional language skills are advantageous

Experience
2–5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated success in sales achievement and client relationship management. Candidate must be available to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings, client events, and conferences.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 28 per hour.
