Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Dallas, TX — boutique sales role delivering personalised client service and luxury product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet client service in a high-end boutique environment and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value and attachment rate for after-sales services and accessories.
- Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge across relevant watch, jewellery or accessory collections and advise clients on craftsmanship, provenance and technical details.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and returns, and ensure strict compliance with cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage client records and interactions within the CRM; schedule appointments and co-ordinate private viewings or after-sales appointments when required.
- Uphold boutique visual merchandising, presentation standards and stock-room organisation; assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows and private appointments, collaborating with boutique management and central teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, jewellery or premium accessories; demonstrable sales results preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust quickly with high-net-worth clientele.
- Professional demeanour, high presentation standards and a client-first attitude.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
1+ years of retail sales experience is preferred; prior experience in a luxury or premium-brand boutique is strongly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or studies in retail, luxury management or hospitality is a plus.
