Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an impeccable, personalized client experience consistent with luxury brand standards to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Proactively manage clienteling activities including follow‑ups, appointment bookings and after‑sales care to maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, strategic upselling and promotion of brand services.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising to exacting standards, ensuring product displays, windows and stockrooms reflect the maison’s image.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions and handle cash and store reconciliations in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support inventory control, receive and process deliveries, and participate in stock counts and loss‑prevention programmes.
  • Contribute to team performance through clear communication, knowledge sharing and active participation in training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high‑level client service with discreet, professional demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
