Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and repeat clients; develop long-term client relationships and maintain an active client book.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain encyclopedic product knowledge across relevant categories (e.g., watches, jewellery, leather goods) and communicate features, provenance and care advice with confidence.
- Execute clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment management, invitations to private events and after-sales care.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising and housekeeping standards; ensure presentation, stock and window displays reflect maison guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and returns accurately, and support inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing procedures, reporting and collaboration with store leadership on local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven background in luxury or premium-brand retail or hospitality with a strong focus on client service.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished verbal presentation and discretion appropriate to high-net-worth clients.
- Professional appearance and the ability to represent a high-end maison with cultural sensitivity and integrity.
- Language skills relevant to the market (Korean required; proficiency in English or other languages is a strong advantage).

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury goods, watches, jewellery or leather accessories; demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience with VIP client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
