Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to a discerning luxury clientele and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining high conversion and average transaction values.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate technical and design attributes of watches and jewelry with authority and confidence.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the boutique point-of-sale system; manage cash handling and electronic payments following company procedures.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to strict brand standards; assist with stock intake, inventory control and back-of-house organisation.
  • Support client events, private viewings and after-sales enquiries, liaising with internal teams (repairs, CRM, regional management) to ensure seamless service.
  • Comply with company policies on loss prevention, product authenticity, data protection and regulatory requirements applicable to luxury retail.

Qualifications

  • Professional, polished presentation and excellent interpersonal skills suited to high-net-worth clients.
