Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with luxury maison standards and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and adept product presentation.
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of product ranges, materials and manufacture to advise clients authoritatively on watches, jewellery and accessories.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and ensure compliance with cash handling and transaction procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and boutique floor presentation to uphold brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory tasks including stock reception, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate after-sales service and liaise with client services or technical teams to ensure seamless client follow-up.
  • Collaborate with boutique colleagues and regional teams to share market intelligence and support promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail, boutique or high-end hospitality environments.
