Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance to clients in a retail environment
- Develop and maintain knowledge of product lines, features, and brand heritage to effectively advise clients
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance objectives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance in accordance with brand guidelines
